The CMFAds Test Results

I spent 20 cents on 50 clicks from CMFAds in this test. Here are the results of the test:

AdSense earned: $1.71 (Paid for itself right there!)
Tweets: 3 on the CMFAds post (including one of mine, so really just two)
Comments: 12 (9 on the CMFAds post, others spread amongst other posts)

This test has proven to be valuable in that it definitely paid for itself several times over. However, how would the test have run if I had not mentioned I was running a CMFAds test? Well, I have that answer, too! Before running this official test, I ran another test and purchased spikes without telling anyone it was a test. I must say that the first round of tests where I didn't mention CMFAds was not as successful as the test where CMFAds was mentioned. However, the first test did make the spikes worthwhile and was more profitable than the cost of spikes. All in all, the CMFAds spike program is very worthwhile and any blogger looking for good traffic to their sites should consider CMFAds spikes as a viable option.

The only promise spikes makes is that you will receive a certain amount of unique visitors. I doubt many bloggers will be able to duplicate your results. Your adsense placemnt on your blog, along with your suggestive thermometer probably had more to do with earning than spikes alone. Still, I'm interested in hearing about the experiences of CMF Ads members.
